He was predeceased by: his wife Irene J. Meaney (Hoefsmit); his parents, Thomas and Eva Meaney (Levesque); and his brother Thomas Meaney. He is survived by: his children, Richard J. Meaney (Kathy DeLuca) of Salisbury, Linda Annis of Dracut, Debra Elliott of Hollis, NH and Kim Thompson (Alan) of Dracut. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
