He is survived by: his children, Nato Ou (Choeun) of Chelmsford, MA and Navi Osorno (Edward) of Lowell, MA; and his stepchildren, Yarith Ny of Battambang, Sophorn Vann (Cheanchea) of Stockton, CA and Sreynouch Ny (Borin Oen) of Lowell, MA. He is also survived by his 2 brothers, several grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
