She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Day and Alice Day (Henry); her daughter Jean F. Swankowski; and her siblings, Dorothy Hall, Ann Jacobson, Thomas Day and Barbara Massa.

She is survived by: her sons, John Nicewicz (Tami), Richard Nicewicz and Robert Nicewicz; her grandchildren, Jason, Christian "Lars" Nicewicz, Crystal and Gerry Swankowski; and her great grandchildren, Tessa, Trinity, Tailynn and Tina Joy.
