It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Blanca Lillian Castro of Chelsea, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 21, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jose Luis Castro and Elvira Velasquez of Castro; her son Alejandro E. Guirola; and her brother Freddy Castro. She is survived by : her children, Lissett Estevez (Eric) and Sally Scribner (Jay); her siblings, Juan Castro, Esperanza Castro, Vilma Castro, Gladys Castro, Carlos Castro, David Castro and Elvirita Arevalo; and her grandchildren, Jaylen and Leyla Scribner. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ruggiero Family Memorial (971 Saratoga St, Boston, MA 02128). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (302 Elm St, Everett, MA 02149).
