With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Daniel Ortiz Baca (Chelsea, Massachusetts), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 29, 2025 at the age of 33. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Welsh Funeral Home (718 Broadway, Chelsea, MA 02150).
