We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Elizabeth A. Augusta of Chelsea, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank and Elizabeth Caputo (Douglas); and her siblings, Frank Caputo Jr. and Thomas Caputo. She is survived by : her husband Patrick A. Augusta; her children, Carrie Fantasia, Nicole Augusta of Billerica and Joseph Fantasia of Dracut; her brother William Caputo (Susan) of Billerica; and her grandchildren, Anthony and Adriana. She is also survived by her niece, nephews and many special friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and at 5:00 PM at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home (66 Concord Rd, Billerica, MA 01821).
