He was predeceased by: his parent Winthrop L. Lewis; and his brother David Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Stella Lewis (Racki); his son Frank A. Lewis; and his siblings, Robert J. Lewis (Debra), Richard A. Lewis, Ronald W. Lewis (Patricia), Michael Lewis, Paul Lewis (Kim), Elaine Chitopoulos (Nick), Winthrop E. Lewis (Robyn), Stephen Lewis and Michelle O'Neil (Shawn). He is also survived by his grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, grand and great-grand nieces and nephews, as well as extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Welsh Funeral Home (718 Broadway, Chelsea, MA 02150). A prayer will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at the Woodlawn Cemetery (302 Elm St, Everett, MA 02149).
