She was predeceased by: her parents, Bronislaw Wilk and Zofia Wilk (Sudol); her husband Michal; her brother Ryszard Wilk; and her husband Derek.

She is survived by: her children, Derek Galajda (Barbara) of Peabody and Anna Fila of Warsaw; her grandchildren, Daniel Galajda, Greg Galajda, Isabella Sudol and Karolina Fila; her great grandchildren, Jan, Cecilia and Julian Sudol; and her sister Stanislawa Miernik of Warsaw, Poland.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Welsh Funeral Home (718 Broadway, Chelsea, MA 02150). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 8:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Saint's Joseph and Lazarus Church (59 Ashley St, East Boston, MA 02128).
