She was predeceased by: her parents, John S. Jaroszewski and Caroline "Kay" Jaroszewski (Racki); and her brother John Jaroszewski. She is survived by: her husband Henry J. Perry, Jr.; her sons, Mark Perry of Chelsea and Jon Perry (Cori) of Sarasota, FL.; her grandchildren, Jayna Perry and Caroline Perry; and her sister Nancy MacDonald (Robbie).
