He is survived by: his wife Juanita Sanchez; his children, Manuel Ortiz Jr. (Susie) of San Diego, CA, Jomayra Julmeus (Patrick) of Salem, NH, Jenitza Ortiz of Philadelphia, PA and Emanuel Ortiz of Chelsea; and his grandchildren, Nelliana, Armando, Ariana, Giovanni, Naileah, Hailey and Julian. He is also survived by three siblings, he is survived by nine siblings and an extensive array of extended family.
