With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Toledo of Chelsea, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 15, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Norma may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Norma touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Tomasina Concepcion; her husband Enrique Toledo; her children, Belkys Toledo and Miguel Concepcion; her siblings, Milagros Del Rosario, Manuel Del Rosario and Thelma Martinez; and her granddaughter Carolyn Lopez. She was also cherished by her nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
