We are sad to announce that on August 23, 2022, Np Madeline O'Donnell DNP of Chelsea, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William J. O'Donnell and Madeline H. O'Donnell (Houlihan). She is survived by : her cousins, Katherine Przybyla (William), Joshua Przybyla (Angie) and Nicole Przybyla; and her friend Jean McAuliffe (Bernard).
