She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles E. Sr. Goodrich and Elizabeth Goodrich (Levy); and her siblings, Helen Lavoie, Amelia McComiskey, Charles E., Jr., Frederick H., Richard, William and Henry Goodrich.

She is survived by : her husband Vincent Clark; her sons, Ronnie Kennedy of Chelsea and Norman Kennedy (Kristy) of Chelsea; her grandchildren, Mikayla and Amanda Kennedy; and her brother Joseph Goodrich.
