He is survived by: his sister Dr. Roberta Levy Gantz; his sister-in-law Lisa Levy; his nephew David Scott Gantz; his nieces, Kimberly Levy Gantz and Elizabeth Levy; his cousin Cylinda; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mickey, Jenny and Emily.
