Christine K. Salavantis Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christine K. Salavantis of Cheshire, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 19, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Aldo Belini and Helene Koszelnik Belini; and her husband William H. Salavantis. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly A. Smith (James) of Pittsfield and William M. Salavantis (Katherine) of Cheshire; her granddaughters, Gracie Smith, Maggie Salavantis and Elena Salavantis; and her family, Rachel, Cherie and Mary.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dery-Cheshire Funeral Home (121 N State Rd, Cheshire, MA 01225). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Church (159 Church St, Cheshire, MA 01225).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her name to the American Brain Tumor Association in care of the funeral home.
