He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan Piekos and Karolina Piekos; and his siblings, Josef, Stanley, Walter, John, Henry, Thaddeus, Kasimer Piekos, Emilia Jajko, Marie Adamszek, Sophie Gwozdz and Victoria Zabawa.
He is survived by: his daughter Pamela F. Piekos of Lanesborough.
