He was predeceased by: his wife Rita E. Moffett; his parents, Cyril J. Moffett and Agnes M. LaBonte Moffett; and his siblings, Mary Saldo, Jeanette Halley, Claire Placer, Elaine Haggerty and Wilfred Moffett.
He is survived by: his children, Richard B. Moffett (Nancy) of Adams and Annette M. Puccio (Gary) of Cheshire; his grandchildren, Jennifer Puccio Dascanio (Shane) of Cheshire, Corey Puccio (Taylor) of Oxford, NC, Katie Moffett Zavattero (Mike) of Peru, Matt Moffett (Kylie) of Peru and Aimee Moffett Lucenta of Franklin, MA.; his stepgranddaughter Jennafer Segala of Savoy; his great grandchildren, Camille, Elliott, Gabrielle, Jillian, Brooks, Jakob, Hadley, Ava, Riley and Brinley; and his siblings, William Moffett of Macon, NC, Albert Moffett of Macon, NC, Rosemary Hopkins of Macon, NC, Linda Creamer of Macon, NC and Shirley Moffett of Macon, NC. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Church (159 Church St, Cheshire, MA 01225). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
