He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bachelder and Barbara Bachelder (Frost); and his siblings, Sharon Haney, Philip Bachelder and Lane Bachelder.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bachelder (Walkama) of Athol; his children, Stephanie Bachelder of Athol, Richard Bachelder (Carol) of Gardner, Christopher Bachelder of Gardner and Heidi Sugalski (Derek) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Derrek Bachelder of Gardner, Robert Bachelder of Gardner and Julia Sugalski of Ashland; and his sisters, Ann Perham (Brad) of Londonderry, NH, Susan Cloutier (Ray) of Orange and Nancy Reed (Duncan) of Florida. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
