He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Gropper and Eva Gropper (Levine); and his brother Joseph. He is survived by: his sister Joyce Liberman; his nieces and nephews, Laura Ibey, Dawna Snyder, Michael Liberman and Christopher Gropper; and his close friends, Philip Rosenkranz and Lee Tarr.
