He was predeceased by: his child Allyson Phillips; his parents, Edward F. Phillips and Charlotte L. Phillips (O'Gorman); his brother John Phillips; and his former wife Charlene "Sherri" Phillips (McNeilly).
He is survived by: his brothers, Edward "Chip" (Patricia) of Park, AZ. and Gregg (Patty) of Hingham; his grandchildren, Jack Phillips of Beverly and Lucy LeBlanc of Beverly; and his nephew Patrick Phillips (Melissa) of Hingham.
