We announce the death of Alan French of Chicopee, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 23, 2026, at the age of 72. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. and Rita French; and his sister Claire Zacharie. He is survived by: his sons, Charlie and Neil; and his siblings, Charles French and Mary Poirier. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Beers & Story Funeral Homes - South Hadley (646 Newton St, South Hadley, MA 01075).
