Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Alfred for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lydia Moreau (Berard) and Joseph William Moreau; and his daughter Donna Lagasse (Dorothy Matuszczak). He is survived by: his daughter Debra Carriveau (Rich); his brother Joseph Moreau Jr. (Irene); his uncle George; and his friend Terri Grimshaw. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Cierpial Memorial Funeral Home (69 East St, Chicopee, MA 01020). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery (1390 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001).
