He was predeceased by: his parents, George B. Centerbar and Lorraine J. Centerbar (Lariviere). He is survived by: his children, Adam Centerbar (Andrea) of Fortson, GA and Amy Cummings (Jamie) of South Windsor, CT; his grandson Seth Centerbar (Jenny) of Fortson, GA; his great grandchild Lydia; his siblings, Russell Centerbar (Lynne) of Chicopee and Michele Jonikas (John) of Middleton; and his friends, Ed, Rhonda Skiba, Mark Walas, Kim Haight, David, Lisa Thompson and Maria Mitchell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to Harmony House WMA, 66 View Street, Chicopee, MA 01020.
