She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Menard and Honora Menard (Laurin); and her significant other Richard R. Henault. She is survived by: her daughters, Lenore J. Bernashe (David) of Granby and Nicole C. Egan (Wes) of Chicopee; her grandchildren, Kaitlin Bernashe, Nora Bernashe, Allycia Forest-Henault and Adam Forest; her great grandchild Madison Forest; Theresa Ukleja of Chicopee. She is also survived by her many nephews, nieces, cousins, godchildren, extended family members and friends.
