She was predeceased by: her parents, John Joseph and Edwina Moore (Zukowski). She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Gordie" Forbes; her children, Mary T. Forbes (Barbara Niemiec) and Joseph G. Forbes III; her siblings, Mary (Richard Insel), John Moore (Debbie) and Joseph Moore (Jackie); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Forbes (Kyle Kennedy), Nolan Forbes (Madison Langone) and Colin Forbes; and her siblings-in-law, Gail Roy and William Forbes (Eunice). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
