He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Frankiewicz and Josephine P. Frankiewicz (Ziemba); and his siblings, Paul Frankiewicz and Dorothy Rivers. He is survived by: his son Jason Frankiewicz (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Nathan and Natalie; and his siblings, Carole Farley (Lionel), Susan Korzenowski (Kenneth) and Robert Frankiewicz. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
