David E. Patrie Obituary

Patrie of Chicopee, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 14, 2025 at the age of 92, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Armand Patrie and Charlotte Patrie (Hickory); his daughter-in-law Kim Patrie; his granddaughter Hannah Patrie; and his siblings, Gerald, Robert, Thomas, James Patrie, Jacqueline Willemain, Janice Demers and Carol Rogalski.
He is survived by: his friends, Jim and Jean Sullivan of Chicopee; his wife Betty Ann Patrie (Smith); his children, David E. Patrie, Jr. of Chicopee, Lynn A. Cote (Stephen) of West Yarmouth, MA and Michael D. Patrie (Karen) of South Windsor, CT; his grandchildren, Stephen Cote (Isabel), Katelyn Cote (Colby Forss), Brendan Patrie and Tara Patrie (Sam Derico); and his great grandchild Savannah Lynn Cote. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sainte Rose de Lima Church (594 Grattan St, Chicopee, MA 01020). The military honors will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery (1390 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001).
