He is survived by: his father Louis Ribeiro; his sisters, Nancy Almeida (Orlando Palmer) of Indian Orchard and Elizabeth Fuda of Ludlow; his nieces and nephews, Amaya Almeida, Olivianna Palmer, Maliah Palmer, Nylah Palmer, Miela Fuda and Eli Fuda; and his close friend Albert Kenyon. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to David's family to help offset the funeral expenses.
