He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore J. Zajchowski and Anna M. Zajchowski (Bulecza); and his sister Theodora J. Galica. He is survived by: his girlfriend Christine Zalucki of Wilbraham; and his nephew Gary E. Galica of Medford.
