She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Boutin and Germaine Boutin (Roux); and her significant other Donald A. Lacoste. She is survived by: her children, David D. Lacoste of Chicopee, Rosemarie Gaudrault of West Springfield and Lisa A. Duczynski (Gregory) of Ledyard, CT; her grandchildren, Jonathan Lacoste, Sarah Coffelt (Chris), Seth Baldwin (Sharon), Alyssa Merrifield (Christopher), Adam Duczynski (Britney) and Alexander Duczynski (Lauren); her great grandchildren, Oliver, Holden, Xander Lacoste, Hanna, Brian Smith and Sam Coffelt; her grandchildren, Riley, Henley Merrifield, Nora and Ava Duczynski; and her sister Germaine D. "Gerri" Milliken of Agawam. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins numerous friends.
Her family requests that memorial donations be made in her memory to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 Saint Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
