She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Kowal and Jean Kowal (Moskal); and her husband Tracy O. Page, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Lisa A. Worthington (Paul), Susan M. Roche (Steven), Jacqueline M. LaPierre (James) and Edward M. Charest; her grandchildren, Monique, Samantha, Jacob, Emily, Ava, Elanore and Nicholas; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Kilian, Leah, Kaden and Ophelia; and her siblings, Phyllis Stec (Walter) and Joseph E. Kowal. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or St. Jude's Childrens' Research Hospital.
