Georgia Barufaldi Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on September 29, 2025, Georgia Barufaldi (Chicopee, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Georgia farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Georgia is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas G. Topulas and Florence Topulas (Phillips). She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Ghareeb (David A. Ghareeb) of Easthampton and James M. Barufaldi (Elizabeth Ann Supranovich) of Springfield; her sister Sandra Taylor (Robert) of Concord; her grandchildren, Elizabeth McLaren and Chelsey Ghareeb; her nephews, Jason Taylor (Debbie) and Justin Taylor (Kari); and her close friend Carole Ibsen of South Hadley. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
