She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Przybycien and Magdalena Przybycien (Jendras); her husband Walter Czajka; her grandson Jeffrey Bok; her siblings, Vicki Jendrysik, Steffie Soja and Walter Przybycien; and her nephew Richard Soja (Donna).
She is survived by: her daughters, Dorrie Bok (John) and Debbie Furnari (Tony); her sister Jane Kuzdzal; her grandchildren, Michael Bok (Laura), Nina Austin (Matthew) and Joey Furnari (Alana); her great grandchildren, Anthony, Gianna Furnari and William Austin; her sibling's children, Robert Jendrysik (Adele), Maryann Kielbasa (Peter), Joanne Filiau (Paul), Christina Skowron (Richard) and Maryann Tyksienski; her great-nephews, Matthew Kielbasa (Michelle) and Michael Kielbasa (Janett); Miles and Mia. She is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
