It is with sadness that the passing of Irene A. Horak of Chicopee, Massachusetts is shared. Irene, born on November 5, 1932, passed away on September 4, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandsons, Douglas and Jacob Horak; and her siblings, Mitzie Twardzik, Joseph Rubis and Adele Klinkowski.

She is survived by: her husband Michael F. Horak of Chicopee; her sons, John M. Horak (Debra Robin) of West Hartford and Paul J. Horak (Karen) of Plymouth, MA; and her grandchildren, John, Martin, Tom, Meaghan and Hannah.
