He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert O'Keefe and Bobbie Jane O'Keefe (Stewart). He is survived by: his fiancée Michelle Howard; his fiancée's children, Jacob Tessier and Rebecca Tessier; his siblings, Charles O'Keefe (Joanie) of Monson, Robert O'Keefe of Chicopee, Debra Messier of Chicopee and Margaret O'Keefe of Chicopee; his goddaughter Madison Wolohan; and his siblings' children, Jason, Katie, Amber, Darren, Jaclyn, Evan, Ayden, Brody, Lilly and Connor.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Grise Funeral Home (280 Springfield St, Chicopee, MA 01013).
