He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Rahilly and Catherine Rahilly (Russell); and his sister Kathleen Chapdelaine. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Stefanik; his children, Lynn Reed (William) of Chicopee, John Rahilly (Jenna) of South Hadley, Jeffrey Rahilly (Alisa) of Newburyport and Robert Rahilly (Heather) of Weston, Connecticut.; his grandchildren, Haley, Mike, Emma, Maggie, Liam, Catie, Bobby, Maeve, Jack and Isla; and his sister Irene Rahilly of South Hadley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, January 16th 2026 from 8:15 AM to 9:15 AM at the Kozikowski Funeral Home (565 Front St, Chicopee, MA 01013). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 16th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Stanislaus Basilica (566 Front St, Chicopee, MA 01013).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jack's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Hospitals for Children, organizations he supported throughout his lifetime.
