He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Spiewak and Wanda Z. Spiewak (Zbikowski); and his sister Susan Such. He is survived by: his sons, Mike Spiewak of Tyngsborough and Eric Spiewak (Alora Cirillo) of Chicopee; his sister Nancy Spiewak of Chicopee; his brother-in-law John Such; and his niece Kimberly Such of Cleveland, OH..
