He is survived by: his son Ryan Provost of Washington, DC; his siblings, Don Provost of Chicopee, Nancy Condon of Alaska and Valerie Davis of Chicopee; his girlfriend Joanne Pettico of Chicopee; Gunner.

The military honors will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of the Ma Veterans Memorial Cemetery (1390 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001).
