He was predeceased by: his grandmother Mary E. Moser. He is survived by: his parents, Rita R. Moser and Santos Lopez, Jr.; his daughter Emilia Rodriguez of Rodriguez's Scholarship Fund; his siblings, Jovanie Rodriguez of Chicopee, Julian Rodriguez of Chicopee and Melissa Lopez (Nick Beattie) of Chicopee; his uncle Shaun Moser (Jennifer); his aunts, Mary Barcome, Margaret Bergeron, Michelle Moser, Melissa Perez, Evie Rodriguez, Myra Rodriguez and Maria Figueroa; and his close friends, Sam Moser, Zena-Sky Perez and Venessa Malave.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations for his daughter Emilia Rodriguez's Scholarship Fund, to Berkshire Bank, 431 Center St., Ludlow, MA, in care of Emilia Rodriguez.
