She is survived by: her significant other Jim Banville of Chicopee; her parents, Bonnie Sullivan (Lee) of Chicopee and John Sullivan (Jeanie) of Chicopee; her brother Daniel Sullivan (Darlene); her nephew Zack of Florida; her brother Sean Sullivan; her aunt Laura Birks; her uncle John Ziembia; Megan Sullivan of Chicopee. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
