Kazuko Lewis Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kazuko Lewis of Chicopee, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 25, 2026 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kazuko Lewis to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gosuke Takizawa and Tsugi Takizawa (Narushima); her husband Patrick B. Lewis; her brothers, Takeish Takizawa and Tadashi Narushima; and her brother-in-law Chuyu Morikawa.
She is survived by: her children, Lorenda Lewis-Carmen (Paul Carmen) of Chicopee, Thomas Lewis of Chicopee and Richard Lewis of Chicopee; her sisters, Sachiko Morikawa of Japan and Mitsue Suzuki (Takashi) of Japan; her niece Hikaru Suzuki; Ayumi. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, her family requests that memorial donations be made in her memory to Dakin Pioneer Valley Humane Society, P.O. Box 6307, Springfield, MA 01101-6307.
