He is survived by: his wife Debra Marshall (Setterstrom); his son Kevin Marshall; his stepdaughters, Grace LaValley (Sean) and Sandra Purcell (Dale); his grandchildren, Kevin, Maeve and Elowyn; his brother Neil Marshall; his brothers-in-law, Greg and Jeff Setterstrom; and his pet Rambo.
