He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Marie Theriault (Craig) of Chicopee; his brother Kevin Norman Theriault; his sister-in-law Tina Grimshaw of Chicopee; his siblings, Kristopher John Theriault (Amanda) of Palmer, Kristal Lane Theriault of Chicopee and Kym Sue McGee (Mike); and his half-brother Pierre Theriault of Charlton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
