She is survived by: her sons, Peter Boutin (Tara) of Chicopee and John Boutin (Hillary) of Ludlow; and her stepchildren, Barbara McQuillan, Therese Boutin, Robert Boutin, William Boutin, Michele Boutin and Tammy Boutin.
