He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kokoszyn and Weronika Kokoszyn (Wilewicz); his son Mark C. Kokoszyn; and his brother Richard Kokoszyn. He is survived by: his wife Jane Kokoszyn (Czerwinski); his daughter Tina Robertson (Charles) of East Longmeadow; his grandchildren, Brady and Natalie; and his siblings, Roman Kokoszyn, Lilian Matysik (Bogdan) and Barbara Caron. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
