She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Guerin and Marie Guerin (Morin); her siblings, George A. Guerin and Yvette R. Boulerice; and her sister-in-law Maryann Guerin.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene C. Smith, Sr.; her children, Linda M. Zalinskie (Raymond) of Hooksett, NH, Eugene C. Smith, Jr. of Westfield, Larry E. Smith of Holyoke and Lisa A. Rubner of Wilbraham; and her brother Normand Guerin of Millers Falls. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends.
Her family requests that memorial donations be made in her memory to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 Saint Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
