She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh J. Kellackey and Clara Freund (Citkowski); her husband Robert Blout; her daughters, Karen and Catherine; and her siblings, Hugh, James, Eileen and Ellen.
She is survived by: her children, Robert P. Blout (Lisa) of Duxbury, MA, Barbara A. Pininski (Donald) of Chicopee, Susan P. Pereira (Brian) of Springfield, Margaret Blout of Kennebunk, ME, Mary J. Romero of East Falmouth, MA and Michael Blout of Portsmouth, NH; her grandchildren, Carolyn Davies (Ian), Jeffrey Blout (Katie), Steven Blout (Amanda), Jason Pininski, Timothy Pininski (Molly), Michael Pereira (Amanda), Christine Couture (Kurt), Brittany Woodruff and Coleen Romero; and her great grandchildren, Jack Davies and Maren Couture. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
