As Maurice departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Maurice may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Maurice leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Tetreault and Rose Tetreault (Freniere); and his wife Leona "Thelma" Tetreault (Freniere). He is survived by: his brother-in-law Alfred Freniere (Jan) of Rhode Island; and his niece Dorene Garland (David) of Amherst. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brunelle Funeral Home (811 Chicopee St, Chicopee, MA 01013). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Leona "Thelma" (Freniere) Tetreault, who passed April 21, 2020, during the Covid 19 pandemic.
