He is survived by: his wife Sheila M. Chevillet (Packer); his children, Brooke (Omar), Jocelynn and Donovan (Amanda); his grandchildren, Jayziah and Mia; his brother Eric (Michelle); his nephew Brayden; his brother Jason (Sarah); his aunt Jeanne; and his uncle Peter. He is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kozikowski Funeral Home (565 Front St, Chicopee, MA 01013). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
