She was predeceased by: her father Clifton Howes; her husband Arthur Devender; and her siblings, John, Kenneth, Clifton Howes, Ann Barnwell, Ilene Dellmyer and Edna Giard.
She is survived by: her mother Delia Howes (Costello); her children, David Devender of Chicopee, Susan Renaud of Ludlow, Karl Devender of Chicopee and Nancy Sokoloski of Chicopee; and her granddaughter Rachele Silliker of Keene, NH. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
